Лицензия на производство корректируемого артиллерийского снаряда «Краснополь» была продана китайцам в 1990-е гг.; ранее было известно об использовании боеприпаса китайскими 155-мм гаубицами новых типов. Появлялись также сообщения о создании китайцами на основе «Краснополя» собственных образцов корректируемых боеприпасов с увеличенной дальностью.
